BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SEE

What you see is largely determined by what you are looking for.

Your eyes will never miss what you are looking for.

Is your look pessimist or optimist?

A pessimist see difficultly in opportunity – He even suspects opportunities.

He sees danger in opportunities but not so with an optimist who sees opportunity in difficulty.

He jumps at difficulties, He sees miracles in obstacles.

He climbs on top of opposition to define His new and higher position.

There is opportunity in difficulty. There is possibility in difficulty.

Change your perspective and you will suddenly dissolve your difficulties.

Difficulties can be turned into marvellous solvents.

NO CONVINIENT TIME IN LIFE

There is never a convenient time to serve God.

Everytime is tight

Serving God is a matter of decision, not convenience.

1 Chr.22:4

“Now, behold, in my trouble i have prepared for the house of the lord... it is in abundance, timber also and stone have i prepared...”Do whatever you ought to do, respond to life as demanded not as convenient.

 “...Be instant in season, out of season...” 11. Tim.4:2

DRIVE YOUR LIFE NOW

Drive your life now if you don’t want it dragged tomorrow.
Take command of your life today if you want to be in control of it tomorrow.
If you don’t capture your life when you are young it will go out of control when you are old. So, take life serious, if you want it to end glorious.
It is serious approach that leads to glorious end.
If you don’t want to suffer latter in life get committed early in life.
Pursue life vigorously, refuse to settle down with mediocrity.
Detest convenience; it is the burial place of giants.
Never take life easy if you don’t want to be eased out of it.

DO NOTHING AND GET NOTHING

The formula for getting nothing is simple and straight forward: just simply do nothing.
This is the line between success and failure.
Successful people keeps doing something while failures are watching, doing nothing whatsoever.
If what you do is nothing then don’t expect something.
Doing nothing disqualifies you from getting something.
Those who do nothing are not expected to have anything.
No man ever reaps from where he did not sow!
What you do determines what you get

THE SECRET OF IMPACT

Compassion on people is the secret of impact on people.
Matt 14:13-15, 9:36.
You cannot touch people if you are not thinking of people.
It is as you bear their burden in your heart that God uses you to bless them.
Think people and God will use you to touch the people.
The more you think of people, the more God releases grace upon you to touch their lives.
This is why the high priest is commanded by God to carry the names of the 12 tribes of Israel on his heart. He must think of them and unreservedly carry their thought in his heart as he approaches God in his holy of holies.
The approach to impact is very simple, just show them compassion and you will command their followership.

MIND WHO YOU FOLLOW

Who you follow determines what follows you.
The company you keep determines the accomplishment you make.
How far you follow determines how far you will go and how well you see.
How well in touch you are determines quality of what you touch.

STOP LOOKING FOR CHEAP THINGS

The queue for cheap things is usually longer than that of costly things. An average man will rather line up for what is cheap because he does not want to stress or strain.
Those who look for cheap things will wait for too long on the queue. It may never become your turn to make a mark as long as you are on that queue. Life is too short to remain on that queue.
Be prepared to pay for the fast lane, depart from the slow lane.
It is better to fail taking risk than to remain on the queue hoping and waiting for your turn to come.
Therefore take the risk by jumping the queue.
Pay the price today to obtain the prize tomorrow.

WHERE IS YOUR HEART

The true Christian character is an exhibition of state of the heart.
The proof of your heart with God is that you are doing His will.
God could testify of David as a man who will do His will because his heart was fully with God.
 “…A man after mine own heart, which shall fulfill all my will.” Acts 13:22 (Is 44:28)
If you are not keen about obeying God to the letters then your heart is not with him.
Your heart is not with God by your words but by your attitude and by your action.
Saul’s heart betrayed Him by not doing God’s command. 1 Sam 13:14

Allow Competition!

Healthy competition is good.
 
It allows room for variety of events.
 
Healthy competition makes room for diversities.
 
It is also the breeding environment for improvement and excellence.
 
After all, competition is not devilish if it is engaged healthily.
 
Without it the system remains dull and creativity becomes non existent.
Without it life will loose its excitement.
 
Creativity allows room for options instead of regimentation of approach to issues.
 
The moment you’re aware that options and alternatives exist over what you’re doing, you are been compelled to put in your best and to become your best.
 
Above all, life is a race.  Paul said, I
run that I may win. (1 Cor. 9:26.)  And
it is clear that you can’t run to win
except you carry a competitive
mentality.

In essence, all human beings are born to compete.  What makes it healthy is the fact that you are not grieved or offended at your neighbour’s advancement.  Rather you focus on how to improve yourself in your God ordained endeavours.


So,if you must win then you must compete! 

PURPOSE OF PATIENCE

     
Patience is an inevitable ingredient of life but unfortunately many can’t cope with compliance with its demand.
The purpose of patience is to teach us adherence to process which leads to perfection.
God is Author of process.
He demonstrated it at creation by breaking the stages of creation into several segments.
God will never compromise his principles irrespective of human pressure.
Process teaches man patience.
Those who are not patience are simply despising processes and the Originator of the same.
Gods intention is to perfect man’s blessing while exercising patience.
Also in the process, man is matured and made ready for the fullness of his blessing.

Stop The Limits!

There is no limit anywhere except as it originates from the mind.
No one ever grow beyond the growth of his mind.
It is the limit of the mind that sets limit on your life.
If you can’t think it, you’ll never become it.
You can never be spiritually matured except you have a sound mind.
Free your mind to think and you’ll
supply your destiny with wings to fly.
- Think DEEP
- Think WIDE
- Think LONG
- Think WILD
Thinking possibility is the only way to guarantee your access to your possessions.
The deeper you think, the higher you fly.
Why limit your destiny anymore?
 Free your mind to think!

DISPLAY WHAT YOU HAVE

You don’t know what you can do until you begin to do what you can do.
 You don’t know what you can become until you display what you have.
 What you will ever become will result from what you display.
 It wasn’t just a shepherd rod that Moses had in his hand as he supposed; it was a destiny rod.  All he needed  and all he would ever become were embedded in that rod in fullness and in details.
 Until Joseph displayed his gift of dream interpretation he remained tied down in the prison.
What you display is what displays you to your world. 
What you hold back is what holds you down.
 What you hide will keep you in hiding.
 You can do the impossible with the available.

GOD PROGRAMMED YOU FOR PROGRESS

Certain physical features in man are clear indicators to God’s plan to make man progressive.
 These include:
 -His feet which are designed and created to be forward.
 -His eyes which are placed in front (not at the back) of his head.
 -His nose which breathes in fresh air ahead of him.
 -His ears which hear forward not from back bitters behind him.
 -His hands which naturally swing forward with ease.

No matter what is happening to you or around you progress is your portion
and progress shall be your continuous experience.

VISION & COUNSEL

Vision will give you the major thing but cannot give you everything.
 It is counsel that supplies the others things that vision cannot capture.
 Counsel makes vision buoyant.
 It smoothens and perfects vision.
 It is small things like counsel that makes big things like vision work.
 A counselor is one who has gone through what and where you want to
go through.
 A counselor is one who has the
information, the skill, the expertise and the experience.
 You can follow him safely without any fear of any kind.
 This is the reason for the admonition in Heb.6:12
 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promise
 It will take the counsel of the Elders to make the vision of the young effectual and more productive.
